Customer Support Specialist - International Markets

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role is initially on-site, with two work-from-home days available after full onboarding.

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 annually, including holiday allowance, plus a 6% pension contribution.

What you will do

• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, explaining insurance policies clearly.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and help them become insured quickly and accurately.
• Identify recurring customer questions and collaborate on product and process improvements for specific markets.
• Maintain customer data, process policy changes, and track deadlines.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisation skills, task-switching ability, and reliable deadline management.
• A customer-first mindset and enjoyment of helping customers with complex issues.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and comfort working in a growing scale-up environment.
• Willingness to obtain a relevant professional certification; certification costs and guidance are provided.
