Retail Customer Success - Intern

Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania

Salary: RON 92.1–115.18 per year

What you will do

• Prepare client deliverables, reports, presentations, and materials for business reviews.
• Analyze retail and market performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Monitor data quality and investigate potential inconsistencies.
• Support the resolution of client inquiries and operational issues with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain customer documentation and tracking tools while contributing to process improvements and best-practice documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Commercial teams on day-to-day customer success activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in retail, FMCG, Electro IT market research, and data analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Excel functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
