What you will do
- Administer and maintain client connectivity channels including SWIFT, IBP, and EBICS.
- Provide operational support by handling client requests via phone and email.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and ensure proper system setup.
- Monitor client payments and perform investigations to meet service standards.
- Conduct Know Your Transaction (KYT) controls to analyze client activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with an Economic profile.
- At least one year of operational banking experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
