Product Manager (AI/ERP)

Location: On-site in Zurich, Barcelona, London, or Spain

What you will do

• Own product decisions for a defined area of the BLP Platform, including what gets built, in what order, and why.
• Own the outcomes for the stream-aligned team rather than focusing only on output.
• Conduct product discovery to understand users and customers and identify where evidence is needed.
• Shape product strategy with product leadership and domain experts.
• Help evolve intake, prioritization, operating rhythms, and product management standards as the organization scales.
• Work with stream-aligned teams, platform teams, customers, key users, founders, and domain experts.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping enterprise B2B software that achieved customer adoption.
• Entrepreneurial judgment and comfort making decisions with incomplete information while owning the results.
• Experience with product discovery.
• Ability to hold a position with engineers, sales, and executives and communicate difficult decisions constructively.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an empowered product model focused on problems rather than predefined features.
• Enterprise ERP or finance experience.
• Experience with AI or agentic products in production, especially reliability, evaluation, and enterprise trust.
• German language skills.
