What you will do

• Define and lead product strategy aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Drive AI transformation by identifying and incubating AI-powered product opportunities.
• Own product outcomes across the full customer journey, including activation, conversion, and retention.
• Set a high bar for product discovery, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop product managers and product leaders.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

• Extensive product leadership experience in high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or e-commerce businesses.
• Proven ability to lead complex product areas with multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate company goals into measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, experimentation, and outcome-based management.
• Strong AI product judgment and ability to partner effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
