What you will do

• Support the Commercial Ground Operations team with assigned operational tasks.
• Work cross-functionally with Flight Operations and provide ground support.
• Identify operational risks and escalate safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead.
• Assist with Drone Drop Spots, manual data collection, merchant launch readiness, and other non-flight activities.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools.
• Complete additional Commercial Operations tasks assigned by management.
