What you will do

• Develop tailored commercial and charity partnership propositions for different audiences.
• Identify prospects, generate leads, and build a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
• Create proposals, funding applications, and pitch presentations.
• Lead partnership conversations and negotiations through to agreement.
• Manage and grow strategic partner accounts, increasing income, engagement, and repeat investment.
• Produce reports demonstrating campaign outcomes, impact, partnership value, and future opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience generating and delivering six-figure or larger partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with charity partnerships, Charity of the Year programmes, trusts, foundations, or other charitable funders.
• Proven ability to design and deliver partnerships from prospect identification through cultivation, stewardship, and execution.
• Commercial mindset with strong prospect research, networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with budgets, income reporting, partnership reports, sales or fundraising targets, and performance solutions.
• Ability to work from the listed London locations.
