Senior Manager Digital & Audio (Music Rights Sales): Leading and developing Digital & Audio sales teams to grow royalty revenues through account expansion, licensing penetration, new business, and high-quality customer service with an accent on commercial strategy, people leadership, and complex revenue analysis. Focus on driving sales transformation, exceeding financial targets, developing managers, and expanding licensing across digital, audio, music, and media markets.
Location: Greater London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with employees working from home up to three days per week. The second interview takes place in person at the London Bridge Hub.

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and motivate the Digital & Audio Sales teams to maximise royalty revenues.
- Grow existing customer relationships through up-selling, cross-selling, and increased licence penetration.
- Drive new business development and deliver excellent customer service across relevant markets.
- Manage two Key Account Managers directly and provide indirect leadership to a team of seven.
- Contribute to departmental strategy, company-wide priorities, and commercial KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and inspiring high-performing, high-volume sales teams.
- Experience leading and developing people managers and delivering results through others.
- Strong analytical, numeracy, variance reporting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven record of exceeding financial sales targets and driving continuous improvement.
- Extensive CRM experience, especially Salesforce.
- Knowledge of music industries, music rights, copyright law, and , plus existing industry relationships and a degree-level education.
