TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency and direct clients.
  • Identify and secure ambitious client briefs to drive revenue.
  • Lead the internal resource coordination to develop winning pitches and deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and pitches.
  • Strategically manage and grow a long-term sales pipeline to meet quarterly goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to push the brand partnerships offering forward.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in publisher sales, experience sales, or partnerships.
  • Strong existing network of direct client and agency contacts.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for delivering proposals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and think creatively.
  • Proficiency in crafting professional slide decks and pitch materials.

Nice to have

  • Established contacts within major media agencies such as Wavemaker or IPG.
  • Prior experience in brand partnerships or experiential marketing.
