What you will do

• Lead and manage transportation electrification planning studies for government and utility clients.
• Develop and analyze forecasts for electric vehicle sales, adoption, and market penetration.
• Analyze locations and planning requirements for electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
• Evaluate clean transportation technologies, alternative fuels, emissions reduction strategies, and related costs and benefits.
• Research electric vehicle market trends, policies, and key industry participants.
• Lead communications, outreach, training, presentations, webinars, events, and case studies while supervising project execution and interacting with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, environmental studies, energy, public policy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in clean transportation, including electrification and hydrogen applications.
• 2+ years of experience directing, leading, planning, and managing clean transportation projects.
• Experience with transportation electrification, electric vehicle technologies, and charging infrastructure.
• Existing knowledge of and experience working with government and utility on-road electric vehicle programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, oral communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in transportation, environmental studies, energy, public policy, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and R.
• Experience developing fleet electrification programs, working with low-carbon transportation fuels, or conducting transportation decarbonization studies.
• Government or commercial business development experience.
