Solutions Consultant – Managed Services

Location: Hybrid, within the United States; Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility based on coverage. Willingness to travel 10% is required.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual performance incentives.

What you will do

• Design future-state business processes that meet customer requirements and support dynamic freight management.
• Configure MercuryGate, OTM, and/or RedwoodConnect according to client needs.
• Audit business processes and system functionality, recommending improvements to Redwood solutions.
• Document test scripts and test integrations, transportation management systems, and other solution components.
• Train end users and support technical functions within the Managed Services Client Solutions team.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Client Logistics, and other departments to deliver solutions that meet requirements and create value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 1–2 years of supply chain or consulting experience.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly in changing situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based within the United States and willing to travel 10%.

Nice to have

• Transportation Management System experience.
