What you will do

• Manage technology teams through the client engagement process, prioritizing tasks and removing barriers.
• Act as a billable Azure Architect on one or multiple client engagements with a target utilization of 75%.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to monitor performance and establish growth objectives.
• Estimate work at the project or program level and resolve personnel issues.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and define client engagement processes in collaboration with the sales team.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical, internal, and client-facing communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and guide teams through issue resolution.
• Must be based in the US; the company cannot sponsor work visas at this time.
