Director, Business Intelligence (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the United States, with reasonable working-hours overlap with a US Eastern-based team. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 base annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Turn fragmented go-to-market data into visibility on funnel performance, leakage, and win-rate drivers.
• Drive data fluency and AI adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through enablement, training, and evangelism.
• Lead the migration and cleanup of go-to-market data into a modern, trustworthy data platform with IT and functional Operations teams.
• Define AI use cases, select appropriate tools, and sequence adoption across go-to-market functions.
• Design proactive dashboards, reports, and insights that anticipate business needs.
• Manage one direct report and partner with IT on infrastructure, security, and access considerations.

Requirements

• Track record of using data to improve a go-to-market outcome, such as conversion rate, funnel leakage, or sales, marketing, or customer success effectiveness.
• Strong communication and teaching skills for explaining data and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of modern data platforms, such as Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or comparable technologies.
• Current hands-on fluency with AI tools and workflows, including experience driving adoption within a team or function.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and make the business case for data and AI investments.
• Comfort managing one direct report closely and working with a US Eastern-based team.
