Order Processing Manager (SAP/ERP)

What you will do

• Process and coordinate complex machine sales orders across the offer, order, and delivery stages.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers worldwide, with a focus on the Asian region, handling inquiries and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate customer visits, including pre-delivery inspections.
• Coordinate commercial order activities, including letters of credit, tender shipments, contract documents, and financing models.
• Plan and coordinate machine shipments and maintain order information and documentation in SAP ERP.
• Coordinate inter-company sales and collaborate with sales, account management, internal departments, and the German headquarters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
• More than 3 years of relevant order-processing experience with capital goods.
• Experience with worldwide logistics, including import, export, and shipping.
• Good knowledge of SAP and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Strong project management, communication, responsibility, and independent-working skills.
• Good command of English; German and a regional language are advantageous.
