Order Processing Manager (SAP/Logistics)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia; able to travel locally and overseas.

What you will do

• Process and coordinate commercial orders for complex machine sales from quotation and order through delivery.
• Serve as the primary communication contact for customers worldwide, with a focus on the Asian region, handling inquiries and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate customer visits, including pre-delivery inspections.
• Coordinate commercial order aspects, including letters of credit, tender shipments, contract documents, and financing models.
• Plan and coordinate machine shipments, including inter-company sales within the group.
• Maintain order information and create related documents in SAP ERP while coordinating with sales, account management, internal departments, and the German headquarters.

Requirements

• Degree, Bachelor’s degree, or MBA in Business Administration or a similar field.
• More than 3 years of relevant order-processing experience for capital goods.
• Experience in worldwide logistics, including import/export and shipping.
• Ability to travel locally and overseas.
• Computer literacy in MS Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Proficient project management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure, with a high sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
