Procurement Operations Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Drive efficient procurement of goods and services and optimize procurement operations.
• Lead supplier development plans, supplier performance improvements, and strategic partnerships.
• Standardize procurement processes and coordinate tactical and strategic initiatives, including small-acquisition integrations.
• Monitor programs, delivery solutions, metrics, and process-oriented activities while identifying and resolving issues.
• Optimize external supplier spend through negotiation, strategic sourcing, and cost management.
• Provide procurement process design, analytics, training, and support while supervising junior procurement staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in procurement, category management, operations, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also qualify.
• Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, and cost reduction.
• Experience or knowledge of SAP applications, enterprise resource planning, invoicing, finance, accounting, and key performance indicators.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management certification.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
