What you will do

• Process customer shipping instructions and register jobs in the Meridian system.
• Prepare and declare customs forms while monitoring approval status to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Submit ISD in port systems and monitor container movement from release until gate-in.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and port authorities to prevent delays.
• Verify shipment details for billing accuracy and support the invoicing process.
• Provide shipment updates to customers and escalate operational issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations.
• Familiarity with customs declaration procedures and port systems.
• Experience using logistics systems (Meridian preferred).
• Basic understanding of import/export documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple shipments simultaneously.
