What you will do

  • Process daily logistics work accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Coordinate with team leads, account managers, and service providers to resolve work-related issues.
  • Work proactively with minimal supervision while following established processes, rules, and policies.
  • Maintain customer service commitments in line with organizational objectives.
  • Develop business knowledge through designated hirify.global University courses.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in sea freight, air freight, shipping, or a related industry.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software packages.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Customer-oriented approach, maturity, independence, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, supervisory skills, teamwork, integrity, and commitment.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HS codes, customs, and government agency rules and regulations.
  • Availability to start immediately.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
