Logistics Coordinator (Freight Forwarding): Coordinating daily logistics operations and resolving work-related issues with team leads, account managers, service providers, and customers with an accent on accurate processing, service commitments, and timely completion. Focus on applying standardized workflows, strengthening logistics knowledge, and handling sea freight, airfreight, and shipping activities independently.

What you will do

  • Process logistics jobs accurately, efficiently, and according to established standards, rules, and policies.
  • Coordinate with the Team Lead, Account Manager, and service providers to resolve work-related issues.
  • Manage daily tasks proactively with minimal supervision and complete them on time.
  • Ensure customer and organizational service commitments are achieved and maintained.
  • Develop business and logistics knowledge through designated hirify.global University courses.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution.
  • At least two years of experience in sea freight, airfreight, or the shipping industry.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software packages.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Customer-oriented, mature, independent, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Supervisory skills, teamwork, integrity, and commitment are required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of HS codes and customs or government agency rules and regulations.
  • Availability to start work immediately.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
