Business Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. Onsite role with 100% travel.

What you will do

• Manage moderately complex supply chain processes, including inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics, and import/export operations.
• Execute demand and supply matching activities, connect planning with execution, and identify operational issues and impacts.
• Analyze backlog management and synthesize demand data from countries, regions, and account managers to support forecasting.
• Coordinate regional and global business unit planning teams and communicate requirements and guidelines.
• Monitor key performance indicators, develop reporting metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate, develop, and manage a regulatory trade compliance program while contributing to priority projects.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also qualify.
• Experience with supply chain planning, inventory management, demand management, procurement, warehousing, and production planning.
• Knowledge of data analysis, enterprise resource planning, SAP applications, KPIs, process improvement, and lean manufacturing.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Willingness to travel 100%.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
