What you will do

• Process customer shipping instructions and register jobs in the Meridian in-house system.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations in accordance with regulatory requirements and monitor approval status.
• Liaise with customs authorities and brokers to resolve clarifications and ensure compliance.
• Monitor container movement from release to port gate-in and coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams.
• Verify shipment details to ensure billing accuracy and support the invoicing process.
• Maintain detailed operational, billing, and documentation records.

Requirements

• Experience in receiving and verifying customer shipping instructions and documentation.
• Knowledge of customs declaration processes and import/export regulations.
• Ability to use port systems for submitting shipping declarations (ISD).
• Strong attention to detail for data entry and billing verification.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with third-party transporters and internal warehouse teams.
