Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Verify customer shipping instructions and documents, create jobs in the Meridian system, and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, monitor approvals, and coordinate with customs authorities or brokers.
• Submit import/export shipping declarations in the port system and monitor containers from release through gate-in.
• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams to resolve delays and shipment discrepancies.
• Verify shipment details for billing, prepare billing instructions, support invoicing, and assist with job closing.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or an equivalent field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in an export department.
• Ability to multitask and stay beyond regular working hours when required to complete jobs.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow team lead instructions.
• Availability to monitor work status after working hours when required.
