Senior Expansion Manager (EV Charging)

Location: Hybrid role based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with regular travel within Denmark and occasional travel throughout Europe.

What you will do

• Identify and secure prime, high-traffic real estate locations for EV charging stations in Denmark.
• Develop and execute a network development plan and manage expansion efforts.
• Build strategic partnerships with landowners, real estate companies, developers, retailers, and government bodies.
• Communicate hirify.global’s vision and lead commercial negotiations with public and private stakeholders.
• Help streamline expansion processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts while developing expertise in e-mobility and fast-charging infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in a relevant commercial role.
• Strong real estate and contract knowledge, including commercial, planning, and legal aspects.
• Previous experience in expansion or real estate, with strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach.
• Proven negotiation skills with governmental bodies and private landowners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within Denmark and occasionally throughout Europe.

Nice to have

• Existing network of private and public stakeholders in Danish real estate, development, energy, infrastructure, transport, or e-mobility.
• Experience in high-growth companies or renewable energy.
