TL;DR
Account Executive - New Business (Denmark): Selling AI-Driven SaaS Workforce Management system that simplifies scheduling, time reporting, communication, task management, budgeting and forecasting with an accent on consultative sales in complex cycles. Focus on managing full sales cycle, building client relationships, upselling existing customers and collaborating with Danish team.
Location: Hybrid in Denmark with at least 2 days from the office

What you will do
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build relationships with customers, including upsell and cross-sell in Denmark.
- Present and demonstrate products with Solution Engineers.
- Use MEDDPICC methodology and provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
- Gather customer requirements and address needs through solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Proven SaaS field sales experience focused on new business.
- Outstanding consultative sales skills for complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise deals in Workforce Management, HCM or Payroll SaaS.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
