What you will do
- Manage key accounts and support growth through regular customer visits.
- Drive the development of new customer relationships and identify product opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and develop sales strategies with the team.
- Act as a key link between product managers, supply chain, and the market.
- Participate in and initiate industry events and meetings.
- Contribute to strategy planning and execution for Nordic operations.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing and sales within the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales management and expertise in negotiating long-term contracts.
- English proficiency required for the corporate environment.
- Ability to travel 40–60% of the time within Denmark and Sweden.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and pragmatic personality.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish languages.
