Brand Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote-first, with candidates required to be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom and able to work independently without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Plan and facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities for the Brand team.
• Formalize brand programmes covering brand standards, marketing and communications, employer brand, and website initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, stakeholders, and delivery plans for larger brand projects.
• Triage and prioritize inbound requests, assign tasks to designers, and support delivery.
• Manage communication between the Brand team, wider business, and external suppliers.
• Help develop brand experiences and product enhancements through creative thinking and competitive observation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design and brand project management experience.
• Experience working in-house at a technology or digital product company, or relevant agency experience.
• Experience collaborating with designers and engineers.
• Strong project management skills across discovery, definition, design, and delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including managing information flows across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with digital design and foundational brand, graphic, and communications design.
