What you will do

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-priority implementation projects.
• Define implementation approaches, delivery frameworks, and client engagement strategies for advanced deployments.
• Serve as the senior client relationship owner, building executive-level partnerships.
• Provide expert guidance on software configuration, workflow design, and system integration.
• Drive the development of implementation standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Mentor and coach senior and intermediate implementation staff to elevate team capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in software implementation, including leadership of enterprise-scale projects.
• Expert-level knowledge of the full implementation lifecycle and public safety technology environments.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in high-stakes delivery environments.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive, fingerprint-based CJIS background check.

Nice to have

• Experience with Police Records Management Systems (RMS), especially hirify.global RMS.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
