Snowflake Engagement Manager (Snowflake)

Location: Remote, onshore in the United States; must be a permanent US resident and preferably a US citizen able to pass a fingerprint background check

What you will do

• Drive Snowflake implementation and service delivery engagements across complex project and service types.
• Provide delivery quality oversight, establish service delivery vision, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Own operational relationships with assigned clients, including relationship roadmaps, metrics, and satisfaction.
• Manage project status, risks, issues, objectives, documentation, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Support sales pursuits through project scoping, estimation, delivery proposals, and project updates.
• Resolve customer-specific challenges, own escalations, and identify process improvement and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 8–11 years of experience in services delivery or a similar role involving complex technical implementation projects.
• Experience delivering professional services revenue targets while prioritizing multiple complex projects.
• Direct experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, and/or cloud technologies.
• Public sector experience is required.
• Ability to communicate across design, engineering, marketing, advertising, and business development groups.
• Strong presentation skills for business, technical, and senior executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in a client support or technical advisory role such as solution architect, system administrator, or technical account manager.
