Senior UX/UI Designer

What you will do

• Create high-fidelity screen designs, user flows, and interactive prototypes for complex B2B requirements.
• Design data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces including tables, filters, bulk actions, settings, and configuration tools.
• Contribute to and scale a reusable design system with components, properties, patterns, and guidelines.
• Drive a consistent UX/UI across the platform and improve the transition from design to implementation through handoff, design tokens, and engineering collaboration.
• Conduct user research with merchants and internal stakeholders, hand designs into development, and perform design QA.
• Partner with product management, advocate for users, and share expertise in usability, user-centricity, and Figma.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of complex product structures, information architecture, and user flows.
• Experience designing responsive web applications and professional communication and presentation skills.
• Expert-level Figma knowledge, including auto layout, constraints, variables, animated prototypes, and complex components with properties.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems and a strong eye for typography, layout, detail, and current design practices.
• Professional communication skills in German and English are required.
• Daily use of AI tools for ideation and building interactive, functional prototypes.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, enterprise, back-office, commerce, or e-commerce products.
• Technical background or basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and component structures.
• Experience with AI-powered design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of frontend development constraints, component libraries, and design tokens.
• Experience with branding and visual identity work.
