What you will do

• Create UI mockups, icons, illustrations, presentations, and production-ready visual assets.
• Apply hirify.global Design System standards and reusable design patterns across product experiences.
• Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to turn concepts, wireframes, and requirements into polished interfaces.
• Contribute to reusable components, prototypes, design explorations, and visual asset libraries.
• Participate in critiques, workshops, and reviews, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, accessibility, and current design practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, visual communication, graphic design, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in visual, product, UX, or related design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Understanding of typography, color, layout, hierarchy, visual composition, and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Clear communication, constructive response to feedback, collaboration skills, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems, reusable UI components, interactive prototypes, and concept validation.
• Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design, motion design, illustration, or iconography.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web application concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and product development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Vercel v0, Stitch, or Pencil.
• Understanding of the opportunities and limitations of generative AI in product and visual design.
