hirify.global is developing a comprehensive provider network, often described as the "LinkedIn of medicine," to connect healthcare professionals and research sites with sponsors and patients.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of provider activation products, scaling motions to engage HCPs and research sites.
• Translate friction points and adoption blockers from provider interactions into actionable product requirements.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for "Claim a Profile" and "Site Network" features.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Commercial teams to optimize landing pages and data completeness.
• Identify and implement new revenue models and monetization paths as the network scales.
• Track and report on activation metrics to demonstrate network health to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare, life sciences, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing products with marketplace or network effects.
• Ability to translate user research and operational feedback into measurable product improvements.
• Strong cross-functional influence to align engineering, design, legal, and commercial teams.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare data (HCP records, NPI, clinical trial infrastructure).
• Experience with go-to-market strategies for early-stage or net-new products.
• Background in the clinical trial ecosystem.
