What you will do

• Manage zero-touch enrollment and device lifecycle operations for Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS.
• Configure Intune profiles, Windows Autopilot, Apple Automated Device Enrollment, MDM payloads, PowerShell scripts, and Bash scripts.
• Package, test, deploy, patch, and update applications across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Implement Conditional Access, App Protection, compliance, encryption, SSO, and endpoint security policies.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support, monitor tenant health and compliance failures, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Maintain technical documentation, enrollment guides, and end-user self-service instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of system administration experience, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience, including 2+ years with Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager, VPP app management, FileVault, macOS Bash scripting, Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, PowerShell, and Win32 application packaging.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, endpoint security baselines, and AD/Entra ID integration.
• Experience configuring supervised iOS/iPadOS devices, App Protection Policies, and Company Portal deployment.
• Ability to maintain a HUD Public Trust clearance is required.
