Client Partner (Media & Entertainment)

Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY; must be local or willing to relocate

Salary: $123,750–$340,750 base compensation, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.

What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of 1–3 strategic Media & Entertainment accounts, with responsibility for revenue, bookings, profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term growth.
• Develop account strategies, build pipelines, qualify opportunities, and lead complex pursuits across consulting, technology, cloud, AI, digital transformation, and managed services.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite, board-level, and senior client stakeholders and act as an executive escalation point.
• Identify opportunities across advertising sales, content operations, rights and royalties, distribution, audience growth, and revenue optimization.
• Develop AI-led transformation business cases focused on automation, operational efficiency, content lifecycle optimization, modernization, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate hirify.global’s consulting, technology, engineering, operations, and managed services teams to deliver integrated solutions and measurable client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, business development, account management, or client relationship leadership, including Media & Entertainment experience.
• Proven success managing and growing large enterprise accounts and achieving revenue, bookings, and profitability targets.
• Experience selling complex consulting, technology, cloud, AI, digital transformation, and managed services solutions.
• Deep knowledge of the Media & Entertainment value chain and experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, commercial, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience supporting broadcasting, streaming, sports, publishing, digital media, advertising, or content distribution organizations.
