Salary: $131,200 – $199,900

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise sales engagements and cross-functional Client Growth teams across the full sales cycle.
  • Identify and open new buying centers via proactive hunting within strategic accounts.
  • Advise C-level executives on digital transformation and shape industry conversations through thought leadership.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end deal strategies, from pipeline creation to closing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to co-sell and drive strategic client transformations.
  • Translate client challenges into market insights to inform product evolution and GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, AI, workflow, or platform sales.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Technical fluency to engage meaningfully on AI, workflow, and platform architecture.
  • Strong credibility and experience influencing C-suite leaders without relying on brand recognition.
  • Must be based in the US (Massachusetts).
