Focus on building forecast models, evaluating new business models and partnerships, improving KPI structures, and guiding senior stakeholders through complex commercial decisions.

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid setup with 1–2 office days per week and remote work from within Germany. Office: EUREF Campus in Schöneberg.

What you will do

• Own revenue analyses, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Leadership, and the CFO on commercial decisions.
• Develop pricing, margin, profitability, and customer-segment analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Build business cases and evaluate new business models, deals, and partnerships.
• Lead revenue budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning while collaborating with Accounting on revenue recognition.
• Improve KPIs, reporting structures, forecast models, and cross-functional revenue processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Commercial Finance, Revenue Controlling, or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of revenue models, pricing, deal structures, and profitability.
• Experience partnering with commercial functions and senior stakeholders, including challenging and influencing decisions.
• Strong Excel and BI skills, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent business-fluent English communication skills and availability to work from Germany.
