hirify.global is a leading global food & beverage company focused on health through food across four business lines: Essential Dairy and Plant-Based Products, Waters, Early Life Nutrition, and Medical Nutrition.

What you will do

• Ensure accuracy of DBS cost forecast and reporting to hirify.global reporting system
• Manage timely closing of DBS cost, P&L, and Cash Flow and identify gap closing actions
• Analyze actual cost vs rolling forecast and follow up with service lines for action plans
• Support KPI design, automation projects, and consolidate IBS KPIs with detailed analysis
• Maintain allocation rules for cross-charging costs and ensure tax compliance
• Coordinate DBS document review and support SLA, RSLA, and Integration Charter processes

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance; CPA, ACCA or recognized finance certification preferred
• At least 5 years finance experience with 3 years in business planning and expense control
• Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP R/3 exposure preferred
• Self-motivated, open minded with effective communication and influence skills
