What you will do
- Support daily operations of corporate networks, servers, and IT systems.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks across offices and datacenters.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
- Investigate and resolve user-reported IT incidents to maintain reliable service delivery.
- Support infrastructure projects, documentation, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in network and systems administration in a corporate environment.
- Practical knowledge of routing, switching, Wi-Fi networks, and firewalls.
- Experience with VPN solutions or ZTNA and VMware or alternative virtualization platforms.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure networking and security fundamentals.
- Understanding of DNS, role-based access control, and general IT security practices.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline.
- Certifications in Cisco, Juniper, Linux administration, VMware, or Windows administration.
- Hands-on experience with Meraki devices and Wi-Fi controllers.
- Experience in distributed or multinational environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented skills.
