What you will do

• Provide end-user support for laptops, hardware, software, accounts, and access issues.
• Build and maintain onboarding, offboarding, device management, and IT asset inventory processes.
• Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure, internal servers, networks, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Manage business SaaS tools, user provisioning, access controls, and license optimization.
• Maintain uptime, backups, disaster recovery, security policies, and vulnerability remediation.
• Create IT documentation and collaborate with engineering and DevOps on shared infrastructure needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–9 years of system administration experience, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of DNS, VPNs, firewalls, IT security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including occasional weekends and nights, for regional business hours and on-call support.
