Senior Learning Consultant (AI): Developing and commercializing AI-enabled learning programs for hirify.global clients across LAC with an accent on learning strategy, capability building, and payments-industry expertise. Focus on diagnosing skill gaps, designing scalable solutions, managing commercial performance, and measuring learning impact.

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and commercialization of hirify.global University learning solutions across assigned LAC markets.
• Discover client business goals and capability gaps using consulting and human-centered methods.
• Package hirify.global University, AI, payments, and cross-functional assets into scalable learning programs.
• Manage go-to-market strategy, value propositions, pipelines, revenue targets, budgets, expenses, and margins.
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams, facilitators, vendors, and stakeholders while managing timelines and resources.
• Evaluate program outcomes through KPIs, learner insights, and client feedback, then continuously improve solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in learning strategy, needs analysis, instructional design, program delivery, and evaluation.
• Experience in consulting, business development, sales, digital transformation, or commercial practice building.
• Knowledge of payments, digital payments, fraud, risk, data, customer experience, and AI-enabled learning.
• Strong presentation, communication, consulting, stakeholder management, influencing, and storytelling skills.
• For candidates based in Colombia: fluent Spanish and English required. For candidates based in Brazil: fluent Portuguese, English, and Spanish required.
