Training Support Coordinator (Pacific Labour Mobility)

What you will do

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the PALM Prepare Framework.
• Coordinate workshops, logistics, and project management activities supporting PALM Prepare delivery.
• Update and adapt training modules using participant feedback and local perspectives.
• Support training needs analyses and coordinate solutions with Labour Sending Units, program managers, and sending-country staff.
• Engage government entities, community organisations, skills programs, and other local stakeholders to address additional training needs.
• Work with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning team to assess training effectiveness and incorporate community, worker, and family needs.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in education, training, international development, project management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience developing and facilitating training programs, ideally in an English as a Second Language context.
• Understanding of the Australian technical and vocational education system.
• Experience working on programs in the Pacific and a strong understanding of GEDSI concepts and issues.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
