Senior Financial Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, Austin, Texas; in-person attendance required three days per week at the Austin Domain office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end financial management of global Partner and Revenue Services bookings and revenue across payments, shipping, and marketplace services.
• Build and improve financial models for MRR/ARR forecasting, churn, expansion revenue, and scenario planning.
• Track LTV:CAC, Magic Number, Rule of 40, program ROI, and other efficiency and investment metrics.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including revenue recognition, cost accruals, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Forecast GTM headcount and people costs across Sales, Marketing, and Strategy, and support annual budgeting and long-range planning.
• Improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency by using AI tools and automating repetitive financial workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function within SaaS, technology, or ecommerce.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and multi-tab financial models.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct.
• Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive Insights or Anaplan.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and influence senior leaders with data.
