Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner for enterprise G&A functions and advise senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own payroll, headcount, professional fees, insurance, software, settlements, and other corporate expense analysis.
• Support annual, quarterly, and rolling forecasts, target setting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Lead monthly close, variance analysis, accrual support, management reporting, and executive summaries.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and inspection mechanisms that improve visibility, data quality, forecast accuracy, and accountability.
• Drive reporting and planning automation and provide analysis for strategic initiatives, investments, cost optimization, and organizational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partnering, accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, headcount and payroll analysis, KPIs, variance analysis, and financial controls.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, including lookups, SUMIFS, pivot tables, scenario modeling, and large-data analysis.
• Strong communication, influencing, business judgment, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability to independently frame ambiguous problems, set priorities, and deliver analytical work without established templates.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or another relevant advanced degree or certification.
• Experience supporting executive or corporate functions.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or retail business models.
• Experience with Hyperion SmartView, Oracle ERP, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience improving or automating financial reporting and planning processes.
