Senior Financial Analyst (Ecommerce)

Location: Plantation, FL

Leading e-commerce company specializing in pet products and pharmacy services.

What you will do

• Partner with G&A functions to provide financial guidance and data-driven insights to senior leaders.
• Manage payroll and G&A expenses, owning KPIs and accountability mechanisms for financial targets.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for headcount, professional fees, insurance, and software costs.
• Lead monthly close activities, variance analysis, and preparation of decision-relevant executive summaries.
• Create inspection mechanisms to improve forecast accuracy, financial visibility, and data quality.
• Utilize tools like Hyperion SmartView, Oracle ERP, Tableau, and SQL for data analysis and reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, scenario modeling).
• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear insights for senior and executive audiences.
• Strong capacity to navigate ambiguity and drive analytical work independently.
• Must be based in Plantation, FL

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree/certification.
• Experience supporting executive or corporate functions.
• Familiarity with an e-commerce or retail business model.
• Experience with Hyperion SmartView, Oracle ERP, Tableau, or SQL.
