Senior Financial Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $100,300–$160,500 in Colorado, $100,300–$177,200 in Washington, $100,300–$194,300 in California, or $121,300–$194,300 in NYC annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee ARR and Revenue forecasting for the finance organization and align model outputs with GAAP revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Maintain ARR waterfalls and cohort views covering new business, expansion, contraction, and churn.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Global Analytics and Insights, and GTM Finance to challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare ARR and Revenue reporting packages for executive leadership, quarterly business reviews, Finance Reviews, and the Board.
• Perform actuals-versus-forecast and period-over-period variance analysis, including written driver commentary and recommended actions.
• Support budgeting, long-range planning, month-end close reconciliation, and scalable reporting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Finance, or a related finance role at a high-tech or enterprise SaaS company.
• Knowledge of SaaS revenue and ARR metrics, including bookings, churn, NRR, GRR, and recurring versus non-recurring revenue.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including variance analysis and revenue waterfall construction.
• Experience translating complex model outputs into financial insights and creating executive- and Board-level presentations.
• Proficiency with Pigment, NetSuite, Excel, and Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with readiness to use AI and advanced data tools.
