Technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.

What you will do

• Own the full Credit Line growth funnel from marketing awareness through acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Coordinate marketing, acquisition, product, design, risk, origination, affiliates, web, and SEO initiatives.
• Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy, deciding which initiatives to test, scale, or stop.
• Manage the Credit Line acquisition budget and optimize channel allocation.
• Develop the acquisition strategy for the Philippine middle class through customer research, segmentation, and market analysis.
• Run experiments across paid channels, landing pages, onboarding, activation, and retention while tracking commercial and risk-adjusted metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or product marketing.
• Track record of creating and shipping experiments that improved measurable metrics.
• Experience with CAC, LTV, activation, cohort retention, and related product metrics.
• Working knowledge of GA, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
• Hands-on qualitative and quantitative research experience, including user interviews, large-scale studies, segmentation, and market analysis.
• Fluent English and strong project management skills.

• Experience using AI for prototyping, creative variants, and analysis while applying independent judgment to its output.
