Head of Community & Growth Marketing (AI)

What you will do

• Build and scale a community-led growth engine for hirify.global’s open-source user base.
• Convert open-source usage into platform adoption and enterprise pipeline.
• Own product-led growth strategy, content, demand generation, and marketing analytics.
• Design conversion funnels, define key metrics, and create user activation and retention programs.
• Lead teams and cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Translate technical AI and molecular modeling products into compelling narratives and content.

Requirements

• Experience scaling growth at an open-source, developer-tools, or AI/ML company.
• Deep understanding of product-led growth and community-led growth models.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics, attribution, and funnel optimization.
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to explain technical products through compelling content and narratives.

Nice to have

• General understanding of biology, chemistry, and machine learning.
• Experience with Common Room or similar community platforms.
• Background at companies such as Hugging Face, Weights & Biases, dbt Labs, or Vercel.
• Credibility within developer or machine learning communities.
