What you will do

  • Define and lead integrated multi-channel campaign strategies aligned to revenue goals for acquisition and expansion.
  • Architect campaign frameworks that connect brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion optimization.
  • Own the development and activation of audience segmentation and buying personas, including ICP definition.
  • Lead high-impact demand generation and targeted ABM initiatives to increase lead quality and pipeline velocity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing managers and specialists, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Own campaign budget strategy, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimization across channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management in B2B environments.
  • Proven expertise in persona development, segmentation, and content mapping across the buyer journey.
  • Deep understanding of paid media channels (Google Search, LinkedIn, programmatic) for cybersecurity campaigns.
  • Track record of leading and developing teams and managing stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, and intent data tools like 6Sense.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise B2B technology or data security markets.
  • Familiarity with advanced attribution models and GTM orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience optimizing content for LLM-driven discovery and AI search engines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
