Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 + equity and bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute event strategies in partnership with GTM and Vertical Marketing teams.
• Manage end-to-end planning for major hosted events and industry summits.
• Coordinate with external vendors to manage budgets, contracts, and deliverables.
• Build and manage outbound outreach sequences to drive attendance from target accounts.
• Create opportunity overviews and instructions for executive teams attending events.
• Track and analyze event ROI and key performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event planning, marketing events, or trade show management.
• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with event management tools such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Salesforce, or Marketo.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Willingness to travel for on-site event management as needed.
