Global Operations Manager, Latin America (Country Launch)

Location: Bastrop, Texas, United States; onsite, not remote

What you will do

• Develop execution plans for initial market access and rapid operational growth in Latin America.
• Track and report KPIs covering market activation, product accessibility, and operational health.
• Guide planning, resource management, and business model development for Starlink verticals.
• Identify, track, and execute business initiatives with Starlink leadership.
• Lead process and system enhancements that improve cross-team handoffs, customer experience, and business scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external resources to support compliance and market execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or strategic planning.
• At least 1 year of experience based abroad or working with operations outside the United States.
• At least 1 year of analytical experience, including Microsoft Office or Excel modeling.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work under U.S. ITAR requirements or obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Experience defining and independently managing projects.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, R, SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, or Ruby.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior business leaders.
