Partner Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote across Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom; Berlin office. Willingness to travel to key EMEA and US events is required. Visa sponsorship is available for Germany; existing right to work is required for other countries.

What you will do

• Manage one-to-many communications for the Experts Partner Program, including Slack, Office Hours, and partner newsletters.
• Own co-marketing initiatives with expert partners, especially partner event formats.
• Create partner enablement content in collaboration with the Partnerships team.
• Build relationships with top-tier expert partners alongside Partner Managers.
• Work with the automation team to scale program systems and collaborate with Sales and DevRel on event content and attendees.
• Track and report event performance, including generated leads and pipeline attribution.

Requirements

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to maintain marketing objectives while working with Partnerships.
• Organized and proactive approach to working with partners on scalable marketing initiatives.
• Experience organizing small- to medium-sized events.
• Willingness to travel to key events throughout the year across EMEA and the US.
• English is the company language.
• Existing right to work is required outside Germany; Germany visa sponsorship is available.
