AI Marketing Lead (Fintech)

Location: London, hybrid with two days in the office

Salary: £85,000–£105,000 per year, plus share options and benefits

What you will do

• Own and operate the website, publishing pages and content on a modern technology stack.
• Build an AI-assisted content engine for professional and consumer audiences.
• Increase visibility across traditional search and AI search tools.
• Develop lifecycle email programmes for nurturing, cross-selling, and re-engagement.
• Launch and scale paid acquisition, optimizing against cost per funded loan.
• Build automated marketing systems and agents that continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience generating leads and conversions across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Experience building marketing infrastructure from an early stage.
• Strong interest in AI and agentic tools, with examples of automation or process improvement.
• Ability to identify inaccurate or unsuitable AI-generated content.
• Ability to work independently in a lean environment and build systems rather than a large team.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
