Marketing Intern (AI)

Location: Barcelona office, hybrid with 1 day per week from home

What you will do

• Create, edit, proofread, and optimise SEO content using AI tools and keyword research.
• Translate and adapt English content into Spanish while preserving SEO intent.
• Build, edit, and publish SEO-friendly pages in Webflow with Sanity CMS; maintain templates, assets, and links.
• Generate and adapt visual assets in Canva, produce short-form videos, and support the YouTube channel.
• Assist with Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including copy variations, creative resizing, and campaign structure.
• Maintain content and campaign trackers and help prepare recurring performance reports.

Requirements

• Spanish at native or C2 level with good written and spoken English.
• Strong writing, proofreading, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Comfort using AI tools for content and image generation.
• Experience with Canva or a similar tool and basic video editing using CapCut, Premiere, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of paid media metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Comfort working with Google Sheets and managing multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Portuguese, Italian, or French language skills.
• Experience with Webflow or another CMS.
• Exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
• Basic photography skills or a strong eye for composition.
• Familiarity with GA4, PostHog, or keyword research tools.
