What you will do

• Complete a 12-month immersive training experience in the hirify.global On Premise business.
• Build and strengthen relationships with bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, food service, and event accounts.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and support distribution, visibility, and sales growth.
• Analyze sales data to develop customer and territory plans.
• Implement regional on-premise sales and marketing strategies.
• Set up coolers, infrastructure, and point-of-sale materials while representing the brand at events and venues.

Requirements

• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous CPG or sales experience through employment or internships.
• Experience in beverages, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, sales, or self-employment.
• Proficiency with standard and customized Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.
